Return and Refund Policy
1) For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items once sold or delivered. Additionally, doorstep cancellations are not allowed for these products:
- Sanitary Pads
- Baby Diapers
2) Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
3) Refunds and Exchange (Only in Case of Damaged or Wrong Items)
4) Refunds and Exchange will only be considered under the following conditions:
You have received the wrong product or wrong variant.
The product delivered is damaged or defective.
The product was expired or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
All refund or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
In such cases, please notify us by emailing [care@niraabysdg.com] with your order number, the phone number used at the time of purchase, and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once we verify the details, we will process the replacement within 3 business days. If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate the refund after approval.
5) Description of the issue:
- Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
6) Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be credited within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after obtaining bank details from the customer.
Important Notes:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund (in applicable cases).
- We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not comply with our policy.
